I have a table.. and it has two sections. If I have something in the left section..like a link, is there a way i could do it where it would open in the right side of the table.

I am using a table..not frames I know the diffrence.

the only way to do it is to use "iframes" which is similar to "frames" but more "on the page".

is there a place I can go to get a code for iframes?

you can still use a table.

put the iframe into the cell you want to change.
