how do you do this? I made mine into JPGs but when I use them in layouts they go all fuzzy.. please help

next time save in .gif because .jpg or .jpeg are more for photos and not really for webimages, or you have to optimize them. In psp you can do this like this:

file > export > jpg optimizer

Compressing a graphic saves loading time, but lowers the quality of an image. When saving an image, before pressing save, make sure you view the options of the file type and use the lowest compression possible. If you're using PSP, click save as, click options, make sure the compression factor is at 1, press ok, and save. Depending on your program, there's different ways you can clear up a picture after it has been compressed.

You can also make a Image to GIF by saving target as and choosing gif as the file extension. When a PSD and BMP file was imerged to JPG the result will be a foggy outlines.

I have that problem to. If you save as .PNG it usually comes out alot clearer but alot of sites dont allow it. The problem with .jpg's are that they merge all the layers and that messes alot up.
