Installing PHPmyAdmin is very simple first you have to have access to the server MySql is running on now download PHPmyAdmin from phpmyadmin.net and unzip place the files in a webdirectory or if you have dirrect access to the server in a folder that can be accessed via the web. Now when you go to EX: theouternet.net/phpmyadmin it would run phpmyadmin now if you have a username and password set-up on the server use that if their is no password/user set it should be root with no password when you log in you can add databases remove add tables users etc.. That is all their is to it their are some really cool programs that run with PHP/MySql for example "Moodle" you can get this from moodle.org really cool but does require some know how and you have to know some about your server making directories writable.
