It's an image, the owner probably made it themselves.

You could also use the & hearts ; code (no spaces, ♥ ), but it might not be the same look you want.

i don't think it was made by that person, because i went to a site that had them with all different colors and now i can't remember what the site was, i am so upset! and really frustrated!

Hmm .. I could make an Image with that colors or try this.:
