i don't know if this is an html question or css, so i'll put it in both. How do I make the scrollbar be on the other side of the screen?

I've never seen it before, and i don't think it's possible. Although, if you did change the location of the scrollbars, you could confuse the users and discourage them from comming to your pages again.

its a css issue, and Lissa has it in her css page, http://www.lissaexplains.com/css.shtml ,
the code is:
direction:rtl;

you put it in the body part of your css, right above the scrollbar attributes.
